Terms of use

For job seekers

• Creating an account, and creating, editing and downloading your CV, are included at no charge. Your first application is free, once per person, email address and mobile number. After that, each further application and each CV tailored to a job uses credits, and so does each AI CV build where it is offered. The number of credits and the price of each credit pack are shown on the Pricing page before you pay.
• Sending an application again, and replacing the CV on an application you already sent, do not use credits again.
• Credits pay for sending applications and for CV tools. They do not buy a job: we never sell jobs or guarantee that you will be hired, and each employer decides who it hires.
• We never ask for cash, bank transfers or “job fees”. The only payments on Jobify are card payments for credit packs at our checkout, processed by Stripe (or PayHere). Employers may never ask you for money, and you should never pay an agent or anyone else who promises you a job.
• Give true information in your CV. You are responsible for what you submit, including any version tailored to a job.
• You decide which employers see your CV by applying to their jobs.

For employers

• You must be a registered business and give a correct business registration number.
• Adverts must describe real vacancies with honest pay and conditions.
• You must not ask candidates for any fee, deposit, passport or other document to be handed over.
• You must not limit jobs by gender, age, religion, ethnicity, marital status or appearance.
• Recruiting for overseas employment requires a valid SLBFE licence.
• Use candidate details only to recruit for the job they applied to.
• Job posts use credits as shown on the Pricing page. Credits for adverts we reject are refunded automatically.

Payments

• Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and are shown on the Pricing page and again before you pay. The amount charged is the price of the pack you chose.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Credits never expire.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe (and, where offered, PayHere). Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store them. Credits are added once the payment is confirmed, and we email you a confirmation with your order number.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & cancellation policy.
• If a card payment is reversed by your bank (a chargeback), the credits it bought are removed from your balance, even when that takes the balance below zero.

Listings from other websites

Remote jobs are shown from international job boards that allow it. We show basic details, name the job board each one comes from and link to the original advert, where you apply. We do not verify those employers, and viewing or opening these listings never uses credits. If you own a listing and want it removed, email us.

Our rights

We may edit, hold or remove any advert or account that breaks these rules or puts job seekers at risk.
