At Oceans , we believe that talent knows no boundaries. That’s why we connect the best and brightest professionals with career-defining opportunities that challenge, inspire, and accelerate their career growth. Our community, whom we call Divers , don’t just work—they dive deep, solve complex challenges, and make a real impact with global industry leaders. And in doing so, they don’t just support bold ideas—they expand their skills, broaden their expertise, and grow their careers.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will join a growing multi-state healthcare organization delivering outpatient physical therapy, medical care, and specialized clinical laboratory services across dedicated clinics and integrated wellness facilities. You will take strategic and hands-on ownership of the patient journey—from first inquiry and physician referral through ongoing treatment evaluations, cross-service utilization, and return-to-care engagement.
This is a dynamic, impact-driven role for a marketer who pairs strategic journey architecture with day-to-day CRM campaign execution. Operating across multi-location clinical service lines, you will spearhead initiatives that turn organic interest, partner channels, and campaign-driven traffic into booked, attended appointments. Rather than functioning purely as a CRM administrator, you will serve as the primary engine for conversion optimization, lifecycle segmentation, and service-line expansion, ensuring every patient touchpoint is timely, clinically validated, and effective.
Accountability
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your success will be defined by your ability to increase qualified patient inquiries and accelerate conversion into attended clinical evaluations and visits across all service lines.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Organic & Physician-Referral Conversion Optimization
Patient Engagement, Retention & Re-Engagement
Campaign-Generated Acquisition & Paid Partnership Alignment
CRM Campaign Management & Workflow Automation
New Service-Line Launch Execution & CRO Testing
Lifecycle Analytics, Attribution & Data Reconciliation
Colleagues
You will report directly to the National Director of Operations and collaborate closely with clinic Operations, Front Desk teams, Marketing counterparts, Clinical Directors, and an external CRM technical consultant who supports advanced platform architecture. You will also partner with the paid media specialist to align acquisition traffic with downstream nurture journeys. At Oceans , you’ll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.
Skills and Qualifications
At Oceans , we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area, paired with broad curiosity and interests. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, your vertical strength will be lifecycle marketing strategy and hands-on CRM journey execution, while your horizontal capabilities should span conversion rate optimization, cross-functional clinical coordination, and marketing analytics.
To excel in this role, you should have:
Experience: At least 4 years of demonstrated ownership in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, marketing automation, or conversion-focused campaign strategy, with a track record of driving measurable pipeline or booking growth.
Tools & Systems: Hands-on proficiency building automated email and SMS journeys in GoHighLevel or comparable enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo), with multi-location setup experience considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Workspace, RingCentral, or healthcare tools like Phreesia and athenaOne is preferred.
Analytics & Process : Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, list segmentation, suppression logic, testing methodologies, and funnel attribution. Proven ability to analyze full-funnel conversion metrics, audit data integrity, and distinguish marketing attribution issues from front-desk operational delays.
Mindset & Approach: Highly organized and autonomous self-starter with exceptional written communication, strong attention to detail, and the discretion required to manage sensitive patient communications in alignment with clinical compliance standards.
During the interview process, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in the following areas:
Lifecycle Strategy & Journey Mapping: How do you design and prioritize multi-touch email and SMS nurture journeys across distinct service lines and audience segments?
CRM Execution & Workflow Logic: How do you structure triggers, suppression rules, and quality assurance checks inside a CRM to prevent message collisions and ensure timely outreach?
Conversion Rate Optimization & Testing: How have you diagnosed bottlenecks between lead capture and appointment booking, and what systematic testing frameworks did you use to improve conversion?
Data Integrity & Performance Attribution: How do you track campaign success through to attended appointments, reconcile discrepancies between marketing and operational records, and deliver actionable insights?
Cross-Functional Alignment & Medical Discretion: How do you collaborate with operational staff, paid media teams, and clinical leadership to ensure messaging remains commercially compelling yet operationally and clinically sound?
Diversity of experience is core to Oceans . You are expected to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring that both personal and collective dignity are supported.
