As a TikTok Shop Director , you will join a fast-growing beauty and hair care brand expanding its digital operations across Latin American markets. In this role, you will take complete ownership of TikTok Shop as a standalone D2C business line, scaling the channel through data-driven growth strategies, paid media, affiliate partnerships, and operational execution.
You will operate as the primary business owner of the TikTok Shop channel, combining strategic planning, financial accountability, and hands-on execution. Bridging commercial objectives with day-to-day platform management, you will be accountable for revenue growth, contribution margins, paid media performance, inventory availability, promotional calendars, and affiliate program outcomes.
Accountability
As a TikTok Shop Director, your success will be defined by your ability to independently own, build, and scale TikTok Shop as a profitable D2C business line.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
TikTok Shop Business Ownership & Strategy
Channel P&L & Financial Performance
TikTok Seller Center Management
Paid Media & GMV Max Optimization
