We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing marketing technology company helping some of the world's leading brands manage and protect their online reputation.
The company works with globally recognized brands, including Uber, Calvin Klein, Sephora, and The North Face, combining AI technology with human expertise to manage social media conversations.
This isn't your typical SDR role focused on cold calls and generic outreach. It's a research-driven opportunity where identifying the right prospects, understanding their needs, and creating personalized outreach strategies matter most.
What You'll Actually Do
Own deep account research and targeting.
Identify high potential accounts using data and market signals.
Conduct research on companies, stakeholders, and industry trends that actually matters.
Map buying groups and uncover key decision makers.
Monitor triggers like funding rounds, hiring trends, product launches, and ad spend.
Translate signals into timely, relevant outreach strategies.
Craft highly tailored emails and LinkedIn sequences that get responses.
Develop hypotheses on customer pain points and align messaging accordingly.
Partner with Account Executives to refine account strategies.
Provide rich context and insights ahead of meetings.
Track outreach performance and iterate based on results.
What We Are Looking For
Exceptional research and analytical abilities. This is key.
Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
1 to 2 years in BDR or SDR roles in SaaS, Social Media, or Marketing Technology.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot.
High attention to detail and curiosity.
You believe outbound should be relevant, not disruptive.
You enjoy connecting dots more than dialing lists.
Huge plus if you have experience with intent data or signal based tools.
Huge plus if you have a background in market research or consulting.
Who This Is NOT For
If you want to make 100 cold calls per day, this is not for you.
If you prefer volume over precision, this is not for you.
If you hate doing research, this is not for you.
If you want simple scripts and templates, this is not for you.
If you cannot write compelling, personalized messages, this is not for you.
Who This IS For
This is for you if you are hypothesis driven and love testing what works.
This is for you if you take pride in quality over quantity.
This is for you if you want to become a strategic contributor to outbound playbooks.
This is for you if you want high quality meetings with strong conversion rates.
This is for you if you want to work with some of the most recognized brands globally.
This is for you if you want to accelerate sales cycles through well researched accounts.
Why This Role Is Different
You will work with top brands that actually matter.
Signal based prospecting means you reach people when they are ready to buy.
No cold calling means you focus on what actually drives results.
Direct collaboration with Account Executives on strategy.
Pay
Competitive pay based on your experience and region.
The role is fully remote.
