• Final schedule and compensation are aligned based on candidate preference, experience, and availability

You love helping people heal. You just don’t love doing it all alone.

If you’ve ever run (or dreamed of running) your own private practice, you know what it takes — the marketing, the scheduling, the billing, the insurance headaches, the empty calendar days, the tech issues, the isolation…

At Simplex Health , you get the best parts of private practice — the autonomy, the flexibility, the deep 1:1 relationships with patients — without the burnout or business stress.

Here, you get to focus on what you do best: helping patients transform their health through integrative and functional nutrition.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking mission-driven dietitians (RD/RDN) who:

• Thrive in a collaborative, growth-minded environment

• Have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care

• Hold current registration with CDR

• Are credentialed or open to being credentialed with insurance companies

• Want to spend more time with patients and less time running a business

• To avoid conflicts of interest, candidates should not maintain an active private practice or independent nutrition counseling business

Preferred:

• Availability for evening appointments strongly preferred to meet patient demand, with flexibility based on individual scheduling needs.

• CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) strongly preferred

• IFNA Certified (IFNCP credential a plus); candidates actively enrolled in IFNA training welcome

PA license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start; this process may take 3–6 months.

Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach

• Implement Simplex Health protocols, tools, and educational materials in patient care

• Assess the nutritional health of patients/clients and develop personalized, root-cause care plans

• Create and modify individualized nutrition interventions based on patient needs and goals

• Document all new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform with strong attention to detail

• Respond to patient communications in a timely, professional, and supportive manner

• Collaborate with team members through case discussions, meetings, and shared learning opportunities

• Communicate openly and effectively to resolve work-related issues and support team outcomes

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and ongoing clinical initiatives

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and clinical standards

• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in nutrition and health

• Manage a full and consistent patient caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal patient outcomes

What to expect:

At Simplex Health , you’ll have access to:

• Structured onboarding and training

• Regular case reviews and clinical collaboration

• Real-time support via team chat and peer connection

• Team meetings and shared learning opportunities

• Opportunities to contribute to committees, resources, and clinical initiatives

• Credentialing: If you’re not yet in-network, our team fully manages the insurance credentialing process on your behalf, including covering all associated fees and handling the paperwork.

• Ramp-Up To Full-Time: This role begins in a ramp-up phase with variable hours as your patient caseload grows, transitioning into a full-time, salaried schedule once full-time metrics are met. Our team provides consistent referrals and support to help you build a full and sustainable schedule as quickly as possible.

Benefits

• Flexible Scheduling: Choose between 32 or 40 hours per week, with the ability to structure your schedule in a way that works best for you and your patients

Simplex Health Core Values:

Simplex Health strives to embody the following values and to apply them to every aspect of how we run our business, including how we interact with each other as teammates and leaders. These values also apply to how we interact with and continue to inspire our clients and strategic partners:

We Inspire Each Other

You are an important part of our team and together we make a collective intention to uplift and commit to one another. Through cultivating genuine, transparent, relationships, we create an environment that encourages individuals to dream big, take risks, and be bold. We aim to inspire and commit to everyone we touch. This sense of commitment and care sets the stage for a culture of accountability, where we hold ourselves and each other to the same high standards, taking the ownership necessary for achieving our goals.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.

1 Thessalonians 5:11

We Always Learn and Grow

We at Simplex Health strive to be continual learners and to expand our abilities as people and as an organization. We educate ourselves, remain curious, and use evidence-based research to challenge our current understanding. We see mistakes and failure as great teachers and learning opportunities. When we stay engaged in the world with a growth mindset, it creates the right environment for us to thrive and make a meaningful impact on each other and on the world.

Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance.

Proverbs 1:5

We Think Big Picture What we do day in, day out, how we do it, and the decisions we make- shape who we are as a people and as a company. The details are super important, AND should always be guided by our wide perspective and an understanding of how we are impacting each other, our clients, and our business. Before making any major decision, ask yourself:

• Does it help us grow? How?

• Does it answer “how are we different and why should you care?”
• Is what I’m working on duplicatable and transferable (ie can I duplicate it and apply to other situations)? How?
• Does it challenge the status quo?
• Does it inspire?
• Does it tightly align with and advance our mission? How?
• Can it be more humanized and relatable?
• Does it unite us? How?
• Does it solve a problem? How?

Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.

I Corinthians 13:12

We Challenge the Status Quo:

We are inquisitive by nature. We are courageous! We are not afraid to go against the grain in our search for truth. We always question conventional wisdom- it’s how Simplex Health started- it’s what we do.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2

We Cultivate Health and Vitality:

Being alive in a body is an incredible, temporary experience. Even though at times we feel pain and face challenges, our next breath is not guaranteed and is a HUGE gift. We experience EVERYTHING through our bodies, including thoughts, emotions, spirit, and our inspiration. We see health and vitality as the foundation for living a life that is happy, fulfilled, present, and productive.

Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.

3 John 1:2

We Embody Integrity:

We communicate with transparency and face conflict head-on. We do this with the understanding that we respect each other and recognize that we are on the same team working toward a unified noble mission with shared goals. We don’t compromise our morals or integrity no matter the context. When challenging scenarios arise, we approach them with honesty and trust that we are all holding the highest intentions, are committed to our values, and are making best efforts.

Do to others as you would have them do to you.

Luke 6:31

We Simplify the Complicated:

We believe that complex problems don’t always require complex solutions. By simplifying the complicated and offering digestible, scalable solutions, we can pay more attention to the things that matter most. Simplicity- it’s the word that inspired our name - we make cultivating health and vitality simple.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
