As the advert gives it
Agentplace is building an AI-native workspace where teams create and work with AI agents. Unlike competitors, we’re focused on agents from day one, and we’re building a full business suite, not just another no-code tool. Based in San Francisco, featured in VentureBeat, USA Today, and Fast Company.
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer who turns market attention into distribution and users. This isn’t generic marketing. We want someone who understands GTM better than the founder, has a feel for the audience, and brings new ideas instead of waiting for instructions. The role focuses on two channels: content (the main focus) and Generative Search Optimization (GSO), getting Agentplace into answers from AI search and LLMs. You’ll work closely with the founder and product team and own both strategy and execution.
What you’ll do: spot emerging market narratives and turn them into content and clear use cases; run daily distribution on LinkedIn, X, and other channels; publish posts, demos, threads, and short videos; help grow GSO together with the person leading it, adapt content for AI search and LLM answers, and measure visibility; constantly test messages, hooks, and narratives, and run growth experiments on landing pages, content, and channels.
What we’re looking for: a strong hands-on approach and focus on results; deep GTM expertise and your own ideas; a feel for the audience and narratives that hook; experience running content distribution for a startup or product; understanding of GSO as a channel; ability to turn product features into clear stories; an experiment-driven approach and comfort with fast iteration. Nice to have: experience in AI, developer tools, or SaaS; a track record of growing an audience on LinkedIn, X, or YouTube; ability to make simple product demos or short videos.
Details: remote, contract. Compensation from $3,500/month.
How to apply: complete a test task (3-4 hours). 1) Product: sign up at agentplace.io, build an AI agent for any niche, and publish it as public. Use the Luna model, it’s free. 2) Content: create a mini launch for your agent: a LinkedIn post, an X thread, a demo video up to 60 seconds, and three alternative hooks for the post. 3) GSO: ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude three questions where Agentplace should show up in the answer. Note who appears instead of us and suggest what content would get Agentplace into those answers. Send the link to your agent, your content, the video, and your GSO findings to .
Applications are reviewed by email only. Applications without the completed test task will not be considered. We review applications quickly and will reach out to successful candidates with an offer.
