About Bybit and this role
Bybit is one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, with teams across many countries working around the clock. Our products, markets, and regulations change fast, so how quickly our people learn is a real competitive advantage.
This is a new role. The Head of Learning & Development will build one learning engine for the whole company: how new hires get productive, how leaders grow, how engineers and sales teams stay sharp, and how the company comes together at all-hands.
Mission: Help every Bybit employee get up to speed fast, keep growing, and perform at their best, and build the leaders we need as we scale.
