We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm
Hello! We are GoFasti , a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Marketing Assistant , based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
Expense filing: Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports for the marketing team in Emburse, making sure receipts, categories, and approvals are complete and on time.
Newsletters: Help produce and send the firm’s newsletters: gather content from attorneys and the marketing team, draft and format the emails, proofread, build the send list, schedule distribution, and report on results.
CRM management: Work in the firm’s legacy, law-focused CRM. Extract contact and client data files, clean and standardize them (remove duplicates, fix formatting, fill gaps), and keep records accurate for marketing campaigns and newsletter lists.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, coordination, and internal follow-ups.
Requirements:
Valid U.S. visa (or equivalent travel authorization) to travel to New York when the company requires it.
3+ Prior experience as an assistant in marketing, administrative, or business support.
Hands-on experience with expense reporting tools; Emburse is ideal, and Concur or similar is acceptable.
Experience creating and sending email newsletters with a tool such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
Experience with CRM data work: exporting, cleaning, and importing data. Comfort with older, less intuitive systems is essential.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, deduplication, pivot tables).
Strong written English with excellent attention to detail, since this is a law firm and accuracy matters.
Reliable remote setup (stable internet, quiet workspace) and availability for overlap with New York business hours.
It's a plus:
Experience in a law firm, professional services, or other client-relationship-driven business.
Familiarity with legal CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., Intapp, Lexicata, or similar).
Experience with data privacy practices when handling client and contact data.
Basic design skills for formatting newsletters (Canva or similar).
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Compensation:
The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,200 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This is a full-time, 37-hour-per-week position, contracted through a payroll platform.
The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval › Screening interview with GoFasti 's team › We build and send your profile to our client › Profile review/approval by client › Interview with the client › Hiring and onboarding.
Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.
Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
