Equity research or investment analysis (sell-side or buy-side) covering US companies.
Investment banking or corporate development (M&A, equity capital markets), with experience in deal filings, prospectuses, ownership history and subsidiary structures.
Credit or restructuring analysis , with experience in credit agreements, bond terms and bankruptcy filings.

You should also be comfortable reading long filings, including footnotes and tables, and have clear written English.
How the selection process works
Apply with your resume and a short profile.
Complete the finance interview. It is a short conversation about your experience with US filings and financial reporting. You don’t need to prepare or write anything. Finishing it is what moves your application forward.
Review. We check your experience against what the project needs.
Onboarding and first task. If selected, you get the guidelines and start with an initial task, which is reviewed before you continue.
