We are looking for a commercially minded Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing performance across our four hospitality properties. The successful candidate will lead the execution of digital campaigns, manage social media platforms, optimise paid advertising, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth across rooms, food and beverage, events, and other hotel offerings.
This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketer who combines creativity with commercial thinking and understands how to convert digital audiences into actual business.
Digital Sales & Revenue Generation
* Translate hotel offers, promotions, and seasonal packages into compelling campaigns that generate enquiries, conversions, and sales.
* Identify opportunities to improve campaign conversion rates and maximise return on advertising spend.
* Work closely with Sales, Reservations, and F&B teams to convert digital enquiries into confirmed business.
Paid Digital Advertising
* Allocate advertising budgets strategically across the four properties based on campaign objectives and commercial priorities.
* Monitor campaign effectiveness, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend, implementing improvements where necessary.
* Test creative content, audiences, and campaign formats to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
Social Media & Community Management
* Manage content calendars and publishing schedules, ensuring content supports business priorities, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.
* Ensure timely and professional responses to messages, comments, and online enquiries, with effective follow-up to maximise conversion opportunities.
* Maintain consistent brand standards while tailoring content and campaigns to each property’s target audience.
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Collaborate with creative, PR, Sales, Reservations, and F&B teams to develop campaigns aligned with monthly revenue targets.
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and audience behaviour to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Performance Reporting & Commercial Accountability
* Track key performance indicators, including qualified enquiries, cost per lead, conversion rates, revenue generated where attributable, and return on ad spend.
* Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and digital sales across all four properties.
* Maintain clear reporting on campaign objectives, results, budget utilisation, and opportunities for improvement.
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, tourism, or a consumer-facing business.
* Proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and budget optimisation.
* Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads
