Collaborate closely with Product, BI, UA, Art, and Development teams to improve game performance.
Analyze KPIs such as Retention, ARPDAU, Conversion, LTV, and Engagement to guide design decisions.
Drive feature and event improvements through continuous testing, iteration, and experimentation.
Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations across the team.

Comfortable making decisions based on KPIs and player behavior.
Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to identify opportunities without waiting for direction.
