Trustero
USD 130,000–160,000 / year
As the advert gives it
Trustero builds AI for governance, risk and compliance (GRC) for security, risk and compliance teams. We're looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build the engine that brings the right buyers to our door.
You'll own demand generation end to end: the campaigns, webinars and events that create interest, the systems that get every lead to our BDR/SDR team fast, and the reporting that shows what's working. If you like building a program as much as running it, and you want your work tied directly to pipeline, we'd like to meet you.
What you'll do
Plan and run multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, email, content syndication and retargeting.
Build and run our webinar program and choose, plan and staff industry events, conferences and field events.
Set up lead scoring, routing and follow-up standards so our BDR/SDR team reaches every lead with context and speed.
Create outreach sequences and talk tracks for each campaign and event, with our BDR/SDR team.
Manage the marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement and intent data.
Define MQLs with sales, build funnel dashboards and report on pipeline and cost per opportunity by program.
Own the program budget and move spend to what drives pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
What you bring
Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent education.
5+ years in B2B demand generation, including 3+ years at a B2B SaaS company.
A track record of building pipeline, with results you can walk us through.
Hands-on experience with paid digital, email nurture, webinars and in-person events.
Experience building lead scoring, routing and handoff processes with a BDR/SDR team.
Working skill in a CRM and marketing automation platform, such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo.
Comfort with data: you build your own reports and understand attribution.
Clear writing and strong collaboration with sales, product marketing and leadership.
Nice to have
Experience marketing to security, risk, compliance, GRC or IT buyers.
Account-based marketing and intent data tools, such as 6sense, Demandbase or Bombora.
Sales engagement platforms, such as Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo.
Early-stage startup experience building a program from scratch.
Highlights
Competitive salary, bonus tied to pipeline, and equity. A real budget and the room to build the demand gen program your way. Direct impact on company growth, working closely with sales and leadership.
