About Reframe Space
Reframe Space Inc. is a fast-growing, US-based office space innovation company focused on helping businesses optimize their workplaces. Our products include office sound pods and modular conference rooms that make office space more flexible and functional.
We grew rapidly the past year and are looking for someone to join our young, remote-focused team. We value initiative, clear communication, and consistent follow-through as we continue to grow.
About the role
You will own the day-to-day processes that build our organic digital marketing growth over time: developing prospect lists, running email and LinkedIn outreach, coordinating content production, and maintaining an active social media presence. This role is about steady execution, thoughtful follow-up, and improving results through a consistent process.
You don’t need to be an expert in every channel. We’re looking for practical marketing experience, familiarity with lead-generation tools, and a willingness to learn. You will work with external content and video creators, oversee their output, and own the publishing process; you are not expected to produce all content yourself.
This role does not include paid advertising management. Experience working with US companies and willingness to work US business hours are required.
What you’ll do
Lead generation and email and LinkedIn outreach
· Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers. Use Clay, Apify, and similar lead-scraping and data-enrichment tools to build accurate, qualified prospect lists.
· Use those prospect lists to support coordinated email marketing and LinkedIn outreach, with relevant messaging, contact verification, segmentation, and personalized follow-up.
· Help create outreach emails, newsletters, product updates, and lead-nurturing sequences. Manage contact lists and support automated follow-up workflows.
· Support LinkedIn outreach using automation tools thoughtfully and responsibly, alongside regular posts and engagement.
· Maintain organized CRM records, track responses, and coordinate qualified leads and follow-up with the sales team.
· Monitor lead quality, response rates, qualified conversations, and campaign performance to improve targeting and outreach over time.
Content coordination and digital asset management
Your primary responsibility is to oversee content creation and keep production moving, working with external content creators and video creators to deliver material ready for our channels.
· Develop content briefs and coordinate deliverables, revisions, approvals, and deadlines with external creators and internal teams.
· Guide content topics and formats around our products, audience needs, and marketing priorities. Check that messaging, visuals, and product information are accurate and consistent.
· Organize product photography, installation photos, testimonials, videos, and other marketing assets so they are easy to find and reuse.
· Help adapt and repurpose existing material into captions, graphics, short videos, emails, and website content. Basic knowledge of social media video creation is preferred; advanced production skills are not required.
· Learn and experiment with AI-assisted content and video-generation tools such as Higgsfield.
Social media and YouTube management
· Own the content calendar, post scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day channel management.
· Turn approved content from external creators into a consistent publishing schedule across social media and YouTube.
· Prepare captions and channel-specific adaptations, coordinate any remaining edits, and make sure posts are published accurately and on time.
· Monitor engagement and use results to improve future content and encourage inquiries, website visits, and meaningful conversations.
What we’re looking for
· Experience working with US companies and willingness to work US business hours as part of a remote team.
· Practical exposure to digital marketing, organic lead generation, email marketing, or social media. Relevant freelance, internship, and project experience are welcome.
· Working knowledge of Clay, Apify, or comparable prospecting, lead-scraping, and data-enrichment tools, with an understanding of how to turn prospect research into useful outreach lists.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach; experience with automation and personalized outreach workflows is preferred.
· Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through, including the ability to coordinate external creators and maintain a publishing schedule.
· Willingness to learn new tools, with attention to data accuracy, responsible outreach practices, and consistent execution.
Helpful but not required
· Basic social media video creation or editing skills and experience coordinating external content or video creators.
· Familiarity with CRMs, email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, and workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
· Exposure to B2B marketing, office interiors, furniture, architecture, or commercial products.
