• Customer Service: Work closely with the CS team to help improve the customer experience for those asking for additional rewards.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the potential to grow into a high impact specialist. Ideally, you bring:

• Operational Excellence: You are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in your work.
• Strong Communication: An effective communicator who can work independently while collaborating across different departments.
• Proactive Mentality: A self-starter attitude with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement and make a real impact in a high-growth environment.

Why you will love it:

This is a brand-new role where you'll build the retention function from the ground up. You'll have real ownership over CRM operations, design best practices that shape our growth, and enjoy high visibility with senior leadership. Every workflow you create and metric you improve directly impacts our mission of delivering extraordinary gaming experiences to millions of players worldwide.
