Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Valid U.S. visa (or equivalent travel authorization) to travel when needed.
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff support, or similar high-level administrative role.

Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail, with the ability to keep a leadership team accountable.
Proactive, high-discretion working style with comfort handling confidential business information.
Reliable remote setup and availability that overlaps with U.S. business hours.
It's a plus:
Familiarity with EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System®), including L10s, Rocks, V/TO, and Scorecards.
