Talent Sourcer

We are the tech powerhouse building products at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and technology. We think fast, take ownership, and we are not afraid to try things that haven't been done before because our products are exactly that: first on the market, built by people who prefer to challenge the status quo rather than follow a trend.

Founded in Malta in 2018, we’ve grown into a global, remote-first team across more than 30 countries.

In a nutshell

As part of our Talent team, you’ll actively identify very niche talent across the industry, bring a creative approach to sourcing, and discover passive candidates by focusing on search across different platforms, not only LinkedIn.

What you’ll do:

Proactively source talent across various roles in our global team

Use advanced search techniques and sourcing tools to map candidate pools and uncover hard-to-find profiles.

Think outside the box by exploring non-traditional sourcing platforms such as Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and niche gaming communities.

Craft personalized, compelling outreach campaigns that drive high response rates.

Collaborate closely with Heads of Talent across our brands to understand specific role requirements and refine candidate profiles.

Maintain thorough and accurate records within our ATS and talent pipeline.

At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within the iGaming industry.

Hands-on experience with talent sourcing tools, advanced search, and sourcing for niche roles.

An eager-to-learn mindset with continuous curiosity about innovative sourcing strategies.

How do we work?

The work here is flexible, and freedom is real, but so is responsibility. You'll work on exciting, innovative products, build from scratch, and see the real impact of what you create.

You'll work alongside highly skilled people and grow your expertise through genuine autonomy (the kind that means you're trusted). Once a year, we travel together as a team somewhere out of the ordinary and take a break from Slack and async chats.

From day one, we'll set you up properly with a home office budget tailored to what you need, and we'll keep supporting you as you grow in your role.
