• Ability to take a basic idea or raw footage and turn it into engaging content

• Creative and proactive — you bring ideas rather than waiting for detailed instructions

• Good English communication skills

• Reliable and comfortable working remotely

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple pieces of content simultaneously

Portfolio Required

Please submit 3–5 examples of short-form videos/Reels you personally created or edited .

We are particularly interested in candidates who can create content similar in quality and style to this:

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid video editing test using the same raw footage and creative brief.

The test will help us evaluate your:

• Creativity and storytelling

• First 3-second hook

• Editing and pacing

• Captions and visual elements

• Music and sound selection

• Ability to follow a creative reference while bringing your own ideas

Compensation

$1,500–$2,000 USD per month , depending on your experience, portfolio, and demonstrated video/content creation skills.

This is a full-time remote contractor opportunity .
