V105C - Personal Injury Litigation Assistant

• Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents

• Examine case files and legal records to identify critical information

• Provide proactive support with minimal supervision while managing complex legal assignments independently

• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information at all times

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency

• Organize and prioritize incoming emails and communications

• Coordinate and schedule depositions with all involved parties

• Prepare attorneys for depositions, hearings, and case related proceedings

• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support legal operations

Requirements:

• Law Degree required

• Advanced legal knowledge and litigation experience required

• Personal Injury experience preferred

• Prosecutor experience highly preferred

• Civil Rights legal experience highly preferred

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and legal documentation

• Ability to independently manage complex case assignments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Exceptional reading comprehension and analytical abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

• Low call volume position with limited phone communication responsibilities
