Job Overview:

We are seeking a Documentation & Operations Executive (Junior) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling import/export documentation, knowledge of customs formalities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a proactive approach to operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Coordinate and manage the entire documentation process related to import/export activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Stay updated on customs formalities and practices related to the freight forwarding business.

• Prepare and manage reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in import/export documentation, freight forwarding, and customs formalities.

• Good communication skills and a strong team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Qualifications in shipping, logistics, or customs CHA fields are an added advantage.
