Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer
Working at Bitso
We are a diverse team that takes pride in understanding the perspectives of others. We fully embrace working remotely and we are eager to act, improve and drive rapid progress inside and outside of our organization.
To drive revolutionary changes in society and make crypto useful, we delight our customers with world-class products, deep care, and intentional empathy.
Your Purpose
onchain.cc is Bitso 's onchain trading terminal: 50,000+ traders, over $10M in daily volume, and roughly 300% growth since we turned it into a terminal in April 2026. Perps and prediction markets carry most of the revenue, and all of it happens on the client surface. That surface is the product, and it is the one you would own.
We are looking for someone who already trades trenches. Not someone who studies the space from the outside, but a user of what we are building: tabs open on pump.fun, Axiom and FOMO, a wallet with history, and a gut feel for why a lost fill matters more than a pretty deck. You will own the client surface end to end across Solana and EVM, and you will propose, build and ship to production without waiting for permission.
The team is eight people, five in engineering, with no intermediate layer: you report straight to the Head of onchain.cc. We are AI-native across the whole workflow, not as decoration, and we are deep into post-agile practices. It is small, intense and honestly a bit chaotic. We compete for onchain distribution against terminals that move fast, and we have watched a few go past us in the rearview already.

At Bitso , we value diversity and your unique strengths could be just what we're looking for. If this role excites you but you don't match every point in the description, we still want to hear from you.
